Büyük Efes Hotel, a landmark of Izmir, has significant historical value for the city. It was renewed and reopened as Swissotel Buyuk Efes İzmir in 2008. Having 402 rooms, the hotel serves both as a business and leisure hotel with its proximity to business and shopping areas. With Büyük Efes Convention Center, the hotel hosts domestic and international congresses, fairs and meetings.

The building has been added to MV Holding assets in 2011 and opened as Mercure Taksim İstanbul in 2014 with its 137 rooms. The Foscolo Apartment, one of the iconic buildings of Beyoğlu Pera, located on General Yazgan Street, was built between 1890-1900 by architect Charles Edward Goad under the auspices of the Venetian Foscolo Family. It will soon open its doors to guests as a hotel.
