Dost Enerji, MV Holding’s energy subsidiary, has commenced the Galatya Wind Power Plant project in Kütahya as its fifth wind energy plant. The new plant will increase Dost Enerji’s installed capacity from 185 MW to 235 MW, making a remarkable 50 MW contribution to Turkey’s renewable energy capacity.

Dost Enerji, having a significant presence in energy production with its power plants in Manisa and İzmir, aims to further enhance its success with the new wind power plant in Kütahya. The new plant is expected to be operational by the end of 2024, demonstrating Dost Enerji’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly energy production.

MV Holding believes that Dost Enerji’s new plant Galatya will largely contribute in meeting Turkey’s energy needs and increasing the use of renewable energy sources. With the commissioning of the Galatya Wind Power Plant, Dost Enerji’s strong position in the renewable energy sector will be further strengthened.
