Gülperi Ceylan graduated from the Department of Translation and Interpretation at Bilkent University in 1998, she continued her undergraduate studies in French Culture and Literature at Sorbonne University in 1999, and she studied Advertising and Communication Design at Bilgi University in 2005.

Ceylan started her professional career as an editor at Dogan Yayin Holding in 2000 and joined MV Holding as an Executive Assistant in 2001. She served as Marketing Manager and Corporate Communications Manager within MV Holding group companies, and was appointed as Communications Director in August 2022. She is a member of the Board of Mind Your Waste Foundation. She is married and mother of 2 children.
