Oya Yaman has been the Accounts Manager of MV Holding and Group companies since 2000, and was appointed as the Accounts Director in 2014.

She started her career in Çukurova Dış Ticaret and affiliated companies of Çukurova Group in 1985, and worked in the field of financial affairs for 10 years at various finance positions. She worked as Finance Manager and then Accounting Manager for 5 years at Lukova İnşaat, a joint venture of  of Çukurova Holding.

After graduating from Sultanahmet Commercial High School, she graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Management. She received various training certificates on business administration and accounting legislation, and also completed the Marmara University English MIS certificate program. She is married and has one child.
